has been During its first 5 years of operation, TPCFC contracted with the Officer In-Charge of Construction in Subic Naval Base and with U.S. Pacific Air Force in Clark. When the U.S. Military bases in the Philippines were shut down in 1991, TPCFC focused on private-owned projects including Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, Globe Telecom Company, Pilipino Telephone Corporation, the U.S. Embassy and the Voice of America contracts. Today TPCFC’s prime client is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. TPCFC owns a 1,580 sq.m. lot property where its fabrication shop, motor pool and warehouse are located. Its structural steel fabrication shop has a covered floor area of 5000 square meter. Output of steel fabrication ranges from 150-200 metrictons per month. Cargo trucks and cranes are company-owned for prompt delivery and erection of fabricated steel. Types of projects TPCFC is capable of constructing are the following:
