Our Company
The Orion Group, Inc. is a multi-faceted, global company. Orion’s
headquarter is located in Baltimore, Maryland. From our headquarters we
manage our commercial and residential land development, real estate investment,
rehabilitation of historic properties and coordinate all activities of
our subsidiary companies.
The subsidiary companies of The Orion Group, Inc. are Orion Construction
Corporation, Guam (OCCG), Transpacific Construction and Fabrication Corporation
(TPCFC), and Wichitech Industries Inc. (WII)
- Orion Construction Corporation, (Guam), which is a duly licensed
General contractor doing construction contracting business in Guam and
the neighboring islands since 1992. OCCG's clients include the US Air
Force, US Navy and the Government of Guam.
- Mayflower Properties, LLC, is a full service property management company administering the day to day operations of the facilities which encompasses maintenance and repairs together with leasing and accounting services for properties.
Mayflower is responsible for managing multi-family, and commercial properties owned by The Orion Group, Inc and its subsidiary companies within the greater Baltimore City Metropolitan Area.
- Wichitech Industries Inc. (WII) designs and manufactures composite
repair systems used in the aviation and automotive industry. WII also
sells Electronic Digital Tap Hammers used to detect delaminations in
composite materials along with heating blankets, vacuum pumps, printers,
training kits and other accessories.
