PRUDENCIO “JUN” MIGUEL
PRESIDENT

Degree in Civil Engineering with over 28 years experience in Construction Management ; Contracts Administration Planning and scheduling; Estimating and cost Control. Worked with various Construction companies in the Philippines and in Saudi Arabia from 1976 to 1994 on several multi-million Dollar projects involving construction of Commercial & Residential buildings; Water and sewage treatment plants; Oil pipelines and other Gas /Oil related facilities. Joined Orion Construction Corporation ( Guam ) in 1994 as General Manager. Presently serving as President of the Company and directly responsible for the day to day management and execution of the Company’s construction contracts in Guam.

NESTOR G. DARCEN
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Degree in Electrical Engineering .Worked with the DeMauro Shuwayer Construction Co.Ltd in Saudi Arabia from 1978 to 1986 handling various positions on several projects involving construction of Sewage and Water Treatment plants, Airport runway and taxiway, and Residential buildings. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Trans Pacific Construction and Fabrication Corporation and concurrently as Managing Director of Orion Construction Corporation (Guam) . Assist the President of Orion Guam on all aspects of the Guam operations .

CARLOS “LITO” SINAMBAN
CHIEF ENGINEER

Degree in Electrical Engineering with over 28 years experience in electrical design , construction and estimating. Worked as Electrical Design engineer with the 3rd Engineering squadron, U.S.AirForce at Clark AirForce Base in Pampanga ,Philippines from 1975 to 1991. Joined Trans Asia Philippines in 1991 as senior electrical design engineer. Joined Orion Construction Corporation(Guam) in 1992 as Electrical engineer /estimator . Directly responsible for all matters pertaining to estimating and electrical engineering aspects of all projects ; Bid tenders ; Pay estimates , Technical submittals and other contractual matters.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Degree in Business Administration major in accounting with over 10 years experience in accounting. Joined Orion Orion Construction Corp(Guam) in 2002 . Directly responsible for all matters pertaining to Orion Guam accounting.

NORBERTO M. GOZUM
PROJECT MANAGER

Degree in Electrical Engineering. Worked in Saudi Arabia from 1979 to 1985 and from 1992 to 1995 as Electrical Engineer/ estimator . Employed by Skip Kirchdorfer Inc, and Aegis/Zublin in Gunatanamo Bay ,Cuba from 1986 to 1988 as General Superintendent . Hired by TransPacific Construction and Fabrication Corporation in the Philippines as Project Manager from 1996 to 1998. Joined Orion Construction Corporation(Guam )as Project Manager in 1998. Directly responsible for coordinating the daily activities of all projects in the Northern area.

ARIEL P. ACOSTA
PROJECT MANAGER

Degree in Civil Engineering .Employed by TransPacific Construction and Fabrication Corporation from 1989 to 1998 as Construction Engineer/Manager on several projects with the U.S.Navy in Subic Bay, Philippines. Served in the same capacity in the construction of buildings and telecommunication towers for various Telecommunication companies such as PLDT, Globe Telecom, Smart Telecom and Pilipino Telephone Company in the Philippines. .Joined Orion Construction Corporation (Guam) in 1998 as Project Manager. Coordinates project activities in the southern area including Procurement and Delivery of contract materials and all office engineering works.

ARNEL T. TORRES
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT QA/QC ENGINEER

Degree in Civil Engineering . Employed by TransPacific Construction and Fabrication as Construction engineer from 1987 to 1994. Joined Orion Construction Corporation (Guam) in 1994 as Project Superintendent . Plans and directs construction activities ; Prepares work plans and construction schedules in conjunction with the assigned project Manager ; Inspects and Quality checks all construction work activities.
